Circulators are three-port passive device used to control the direction of signal flow in an RF circuit, while an isolator is a two-port passive device made of magnets and ferrite material which is used to protect other RF components from excessive signal reflection. Anatech Electronics Circulators and Isolators are available connectorized, and surface mount style, with average power ratings from 2 - 300 watts, and frequency range of 0.5 to 20GHz. Most Anatech Electronics Isolators are designed with an internal 2W load capability. For higher power a circulator can be used with an external load, with a power handling matching the application being used. VSWR in most cases is 1.05:1. Custom and Special designs, and requirements are available on demand.
